The brand name is not enough
Start with the exact address. A brand can operate national and international domains under different contracts. Identify the contracting entity and check the match between its legal name, domain and the relevant regulator’s register. Do not use a licence logo alone as proof.
Read the cashier terms first
For each payment method, check whether it supports deposits, withdrawals or both. Amounts, costs and availability may depend on the account. Before sending money, clarify identity-verification documents and withdrawal conditions as well.
Check the sports rules
Retirements, postponements and interruptions are not minor details. Two operators may use the same market name while handling a special case differently. Keep the market description with the terms applicable at the time of the transaction.
Assess safeguards and support
Look for limits, breaks, self-exclusion and a complaints procedure. A chat facility does not establish that a dispute will be resolved. A sound comparison distinguishes website claims from operational tests actually performed.
Choosing not to gamble is also an option
No set of checks removes the risk of loss. If you cannot verify legality, the operator’s identity or essential conditions, do not proceed. Never use money needed for daily expenses or treat gambling as a source of income.
