What is Trustly?
Trustly provides bank-account-based payment solutions. It should not be treated as a wallet to top up: the actual process depends on the bank, merchant and territory.
Understand the payment process
The authorisation process should clearly show the amount and recipient. Do not share credentials or one-time codes with a chat agent. Follow only the official process and check the context of the request.
Deposits, withdrawals and costs
Supported banks and deposit or withdrawal availability can vary. This general description does not replace the transaction summary and terms shown before authorisation.
Availability at bookmakers
This page is not a list of operators accepting Trustly. Check the cashier of the relevant edition and your account conditions. A language, flag or generic logo does not establish availability of the method.
Checks before confirmation
Reread the amount, currency, account holder and recipient. Never share passwords or one-time codes, and do not send money to unverified contacts to unlock supposed winnings. If details do not match, stop and consult official support.
