Search for the correct entity
The public register allows searches for gambling businesses. To avoid confusion, compare the legal entity, trading names and domains instead of stopping at the brand displayed in a website header.
Status and licensed activities
Not every authorisation covers the same activity. Read the licence type, status and any regulatory information shown. An entity’s historical presence in a register does not replace checking its current status.
Not a general European licence
The Gambling Commission register covers its own regulatory jurisdiction. Do not use it as proof that an international domain is authorised in Italy or elsewhere. The visitor’s territory requires a separate check.
Checks we have not performed
This page explains the method but does not individually certify the licences of all 20 directory brands. A full check would connect each exact domain to the applicable contract and jurisdiction.
